Operator & Acceptance of Terms

Royal Reels is owned and operated by Digibite SRL, registered in Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-841524, and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Commission. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the royalreels.ai platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the operator. By registering an account, depositing funds or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

Royal Reels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the Royal Reels platform you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to access online gambling platforms in your country or region of residence. By registering, you confirm that you meet both requirements. Royal Reels reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time, and failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may hold only one account. Multiple accounts per player, household, IP address or device are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any associated funds or winnings will be voided. All information provided at registration must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false personal details is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, bonus claims and withdrawals — is deemed to have been conducted by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits at Royal Reels are accepted via VISA, Mastercard and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is A$30. The platform does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction costs. Royal Reels is not responsible for fees charged by external payment processors.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Verification requires proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing takes 5–6 hours for fully verified accounts. If any suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these terms exists, Royal Reels reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending investigation.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their deposited funds are not derived from illegal activity. Royal Reels applies anti-money laundering procedures to all accounts and transactions and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at Royal Reels are subject to their individual terms in addition to these general rules. All bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. Pokies contribute 100% of each bet toward meeting the wagering requirement. Live casino games contribute 3%. Other games may contribute at different rates — check the current bonus terms in your account at time of claiming.

Only one bonus may be active at any time. You cannot claim a new bonus while a wagering requirement from a previous bonus remains incomplete. No-deposit bonuses are available to one account per player, household, IP address and device — attempting to claim the same free bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated winnings being voided and the account being closed.

The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any form of bonus exploitation — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, using automated software to place bets, or deliberately placing opposing bets to minimise risk while completing wagering — will result in all associated winnings being forfeited and may result in permanent account closure.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

All games at Royal Reels use certified Random Number Generators or operate via live dealer systems with real-time outcomes. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP information is disclosed within individual game help sections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: providing false or misleading personal information; holding or operating multiple accounts; collusion or any form of cheating with other players; using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games; money laundering; fraud or any other illegal activity conducted through the platform.

Royal Reels actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation will be suspended immediately. Winnings generated during or as a result of prohibited activity will be voided. Legal action may be taken in cases of fraud or money laundering. The casino’s decision on matters of game integrity, bonus eligibility and prohibited conduct is final.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Royal Reels provides its platform and services on an “as is” basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Royal Reels is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party services including payment processors and game providers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct support contact may be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Commission in accordance with the terms of the operator’s licence. Use of the platform from any jurisdiction constitutes acceptance of this governing law.
